Any excessive speed or recklessness will be grounds for diqualification. Tractors must be operated in a safe manner at all times or will be disqualified for that day's pull. All prizes and points will be removed for that day's pull.

After weigh-in, weights cannot be added to tractor, but may be relocated. No gas may be added except after the second pull. Tanks should be full before weight-in. If a driver is seen adding weight, the tractor must be re-weighed. The driver and tractor will be disqualified for the event if the weight has been changed by more than a couple of pounds. Board will vote for action to be taken against the driver for the second offense.

Branch has the option of re-weighing any tractor before and after the tractor is hooked to the sled. A driver can call for the re-weighing of another tractor & driver that is pulling in the same class with them immediately after the class is complete by contacting any board member. The board member will immediately ask the driver to report to the scales for weigh-in.

Tractor can pull in two classes and the open only, unless tractors are needed to fill another class and this will be determined by the Board.

Only two drivers can drive one tractor. Tractor can only enter once per class.

If a weight falls off of the sled during the pull, the puller must re-pull.

If a weight or large part falls off of the tractor during the pull, the tractor is disqualified unless it did not yet pass the 50 ft. stake. If so, the puller may replace the weight or part and make a second attempt. A large part is anything that will not fit in a hand with the hand closed with nothing hanging out.

Tractor and driver must pull in a class to pull in the open class.

If the sled pulls the kill switch out of the tractor, the tractor gets a repull.

Tractors that have more than 1 driver or pull in 2 different weight classes must be reweighed after each change. The weights must stay at the scales.

Only the tires on the ground determine out of bounds. If the front end goes over the line, but doesn't touch the ground, and comes back in, it is not out-of-bounds. Out of bounds if the tractor tires touch the rope.

Once the tractor has passed the end of the track, there is no out-of-bounds.

The pull shall be considered over when the forward motion of the sled stops. The flag-man shall hold hole digging to a minimum.

Flagmen will be located at the end of the track. When the red flag is waved, the tractor must stop.

Must be in neutral gear with hands in the air while being unhooked.

The flagman's calls are considered final. He may confer with the side of the officials. Officials are the score keeper, the person hooking, the person lining up the tractors and the flagman.

To receive points for the tractor at an event, the tractor must be entered in the class that it was built to compete in and hooked to the sled under its own power. If more than one person drives a tractor in a class, the points are determined by the driver designated at sign-up.

Points cannot be transferred from one tractor to another tractor.

Some form of recognition will be awarded to the high point champion in each class at the end of this clubs pulling season. The time and location will be decided by the Board.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN FAIRNESS AMONG ALL THE COMPETITORS. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ANY TRACTOR THAT IT FEELS IS ILLEGAL IN ANY WAY, BY PERFORMANCE OF THE TRACTOR OR SUSPICION. A COMPETITOR FROM THE SAME CLASS MAY LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT IN WRITING ONLY. THE COMPLAINT MUST LIST THE RULE OR RULES BEING VIOLATED, THE NAME AND OWNER OF THE TRACTOR AND MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE PERSON FILING THE COMPLAINT AND PUT UP A $50 PROTEST FEE. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL INVESTIGATE AND IF NECESSARY WILL INSPECT THE TRACTOR FOR COMPLIANCE OF THE RULES. THE BOARD CAN HAVE RANDOM CHECKS FOR CARBURETOR SIZE, ALCOHOL, RPM LIMITS OR ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE AN ENGINE TEAR DOWN. AT THESE RANDOM CHECKS THE COMPETITORS CAN REMEDY THE PROBLEM BEFORE THE PULL WITH NO CONSEQUENCES. THE PURPOSE OF THE BOARD IS TO MAINTAIN FAIRNESS AND PROMOTE COMPETITIVENESS AND TO MAKE SURE  THE RULES ARE BEING FOLLOWED. IF A COMPETITOR IS FOUND TO BE ILLEGAL, THAT COMPETITOR WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR 3 PULLS FOR THE FIRST OFFENSE, ONE YEAR SUSPENSION FOR THE SECOND OFFENSE, AND LIFE-TIME SUSPENSION FOR THE THIRD OFFENSE.
